The Fugi washing station is run by Baho coffee and focuses on highly focused and separated micro-lots. This lot specifically is from the Ikizere Woman’s producer group which is made up of 100+ women who farm coffee locally. The coffee is meticulously processed and sorted with 8 hours of in-cherry fermentation followed by depulping and 12 hours of underwater fermentation prior to a few days of shade drying and several weeks of partially shaded drying.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eImpressions: In the aroma we get bright and crisp starfruit which brings green apple and green grape-like notes up front in addition to tart red berries and hibiscus. As the cup cools, the aroma shifts a towards apricot green tea.
